**Returns/Refunds**
I put 110% care and love into making my products. If you have any questions or concerns please ask before making a purchase. I do not accept returns or refunds at this time.
**Shipping**
I ship using the USPS (Post Office). Because of the weight of my products I try to use flat-rate whenever possible via Priority Mail. I strive to have the mail sent out within 48 hours of your purchase unless it is a "Special Order" or "Made to Order" item.
**Special Order/Made to Order**
I love to do Special Orders...whether it's just for you, gift to someone you love, party, school, or wedding! E-mail me your ideas and we'll go from there.
If you want to special order my handmade soap, please remember that it's made using the Cold Process method. Once made, it has to "cure" for 4 weeks before using. If you'd like a particular fragrance, essential oil, color, or even soap made using Goat's Milk...it can be done! Just ask ;-)
